Water Resources Group (WRG) recently hosted its annual meeting, bringing together more than 200 team members from across its family of companies at Mystic Lake Event Center. Centered around the theme “One Team, One Standard,” the event emphasized consistency, shared values, and a unified approach to delivering excellence across all business units.
The two-day event focused on strengthening alignment across teams, sharing best practices, and preparing for the year ahead. Programming included more than 25 breakout sessions covering safety, field operations, leadership, and emerging tools shaping the construction industry.
A keynote set the tone for the event, reinforcing WRG’s continued emphasis on core values and teamwork. Additional sessions addressed topics such as pre-task planning, accountability, conflict management, and advancements in areas like AI and equipment operations.
Originally developed as a forum for required safety training, the annual meeting has evolved into a broader platform for collaboration, professional development, and knowledge sharing across WRG’s subsidiaries. It also serves as an opportunity to welcome new team members and recognize recent project successes.
